great thoughts. I need to dip into these. Brian's solicitations look alluring...beckoning one to break the barriers

but when you wake up in the morning all your ministrations to yourself goes poof and you are back to your old self repeating the same old mistakes, falling in to the same old rut, realising later in the day what you ought not to have done, and another day gone...

wish I could accelerate into the groove that is the highway to eternity :-)
