I love this article, it is just what I was looking for, I have been off work for almost 5 years, but now kids are in school, going back to work, very nervous going into Interviews, I think I do very well, but when it comes to these questions they are tough. and why, when they say they will def call you in 2 days, and if not please call them, and you do, twice, one week & the next, and leave voice mails, and they dont even bother returning your calls, or sending an Email, I will file that Job in the circular file.

The above content sounds really helpful for folks like me who are struggling to crack a deal. The overall interview scenario is explained with such great detail that it adds like a booster for a timid person. Well Done! Great Help.

This is a very good summary of behavior based interviewing. There is one additional point however - following outcome, if necessary or possible, I would like to hear "what I learned from this" as well. It is the icing on the cake however, most interviewees are not all that well prepared for behavior based questions.
