Before accepting counter offer, you better think twice. Do not accept immediately the offer due to higher wage offer. You need to take some considerations such as your capability to meet the new responsibilities, new co worker and new boss. If you feel frustration with your current work, you need to tell your concerns to your immediate superior as possible. Maybe he can help to figure out on how to help you.
