I did my first overseas assignment in China in 1996; later in 2002, moved to Singapore permanently. And, since then did another Vietnam assignment. I caught the international bug.

Moving to and living in a country is a true international assignment. It's just not the same staying in headquarter office and having international responsibilities.

It's more than just a career. It is about building a deep personal connection with the social and business community.
