Many Professional Women Don't Have Mentors

Great article, Lindsay. I can't remember where I read that one of the reasons men tend to mentor younger guys is that it can look questionable to have a more senior man spending time with a younger female colleague. It's sad that this gets in the way of women getting the support they need + makes it imperative that all senior women participate in mentoring younger women.

Great article! I feel really fortunate to work with successful, admirable women in my company who I consider to be strong role models - and having that example before me has definitely been an inspiring influence!
