Should You Take on a Second Job?

The questions you ask in this article are SO important for people considering a second job to answer for themselves. I've worked more than one job for the past five years or so, and the more thought I put into the job before I pursue it, the better the outcome for sure. Holding down a full-time 9-5 job meant that I had to figure out what hours and how many I wanted to work outside of that. I found (through some stressful trial and error) that I'm much better at working weekday evenings than anytime on the weekends.

If you think about this sort of thing ahead of time, you'll be much happier in the long run. For the freelance writing and coaching jobs I've done, I used a site called www.flexjobs.com and would recommend it for other people looking for a second job or part-time job for sure.
