I am done applying for jobs....DONE. I am sick of being told that I don't have enough skills to even work a retail job even though I am about to be a college graduate.

7. Strategize!

Strategy is more about the creative thinking that takes place before you develop an action plan. The intent is to focus on a specific career challenge or goal to pursue and brainstorm as many options, solutions, or ideas as you can. Then, it's time to choose your best and most realistic action steps to take.

It's also a great skill to offer in any role or position you choose to pursue.
