When you are complaining about your co-worker to the Manager. You are the problem creator or the black sheep in the hurd(if the manager does not like to think). SO no point in complaining. Just take your boss for a coffee and tell him that your friend is having this issue . I fhe is wisw he will understand whom and what you are talking about. never blame your co-workers to your Boss. Your Boss will never have a soft corner for you. you are just another employee(unless you are actually making something extra achievemnts to the project that will in turn cause a Tap on his shoulder)

Good luck with that.

We have an employee at my job, where I've worked for years, that quite a few people have commented on as being unproductive. And a nutjob.

I personally think management is afraid of what that employee would do if fired.

I was in this situation and I tried bringing it to the attention of my manager. But, to my shock I was attacked as being to much of a "perfectionist" performing my job duties. I was also told by the manager who cares how so and so is performing the job duty. He would not tolerate me getting involved, yet I was expected to pick up all the mistakes, and basically, get the job done myself?

I still am in shell shock over this and to this day I fear the impact of what has been done to me.
