The Ins and Outs of Providing References

i think they ask for too much information. some places want 3 references. and some people who have references get people to lie for them. i could see if it was a government job or maybe not since they have the ability to pry in your business and find out what they wanted. then jobs are at will- so they can fire you if they don't like you. then you usually have to wait 60 or 90 days before they offer you any benefits. nonetheless it was still good information.
