You add some valid points about the job search.

However, I have found from past interviews, if one applies for a specific job, One Can also be qualified for a job not yet advertised.

One has to apply first, whether he remains underqualified, or overqualified.

It is always in the hands of the recruiter or Director whether the Person gets the interview.

One has to Land the interview FIRST, key to all opportunities, or ownership!
