This seems like all good advice but feel that applying for certain jobs they also look for people with a personality or a people´s person. Leaving hobbies or describing who you are can be a positive thing and can prevent your C.V. from becoming to uniform.

I am switching career fields and I am having a difficult time writing a summary of qualifications that would include my prior relevant experience to that career. Specifically I am looking to get back into the medical field and I am also looking to go back to college for medicine. How would I successfully incorporate my return to college in the summary to get my point across that I am serious about the medical field and to say "make up for" not having current exhaustive medical experience.
