Good advice if 'real' employers actually attended job fairs. Ours are filled with self employment opps, 'come to our school' booths, and sales positions they can't give away!

Excellent article! When presenting yourself in the job search, whether it be at a job fair, an interview, or even through a recruitment service, its all about personal branding. Knowing your elevator pitch, knowing the work you want, and knowing the employee that you are all come into factor at a job fair. A great looking resume and some business cards are apt to help as well.
Just like any business opportunity, a job fair is a great way to sell yourself.

Job fairs are a great place to network. Even if you don't get a job -- you are expanding your network of people who might alert you in the future of other opportunities.
