I consider myself fortunate enough to have been able to spend an entire week with Amy in a leadership training course at CCL (she was one of the instructors) and thus, I speak from experience in that she has a wealth of great insights and knowledge on this topic. That said, I'd gladly have coffee with her any day, in an effort to soak up even more of her resiliency wisdom!
