One I've often ysed is "What would be the qualities of the best person for the position." That way , dependng on the answer, you may get amother chance to toot you're own horn by recalling attention to your resume

A lot of interviewees forget that an interview is a two-way street. Remembering this makes thinking up your own questions easier. One of my favorites is asking about negative aspects of the company or the position. In essence, ask them to talk you out of the job.
