Here this is really a good one to read

I would do a lot better in job interviews if I wasn’t required to answer any questions.

Excellent. Funny, some of these questions I have asked, and she is right about what I was able to take from the interview. Remember, it is as important you the company is a good fit for you as you are for the company...and what do you have to lose...a job!

Another thing I would suggest to people is to have a padfolio of some sort, and have your questions typed up. It shows employers that you have thought about the interview previous to arriving, plus it helps to keep you on track. Make sure to leave space to write down the answers they give you.

Regarding question 9 as well, I've asked this of two interviewers. Both times they were visibly taken aback by the question. And both times they really didn't take time to think about the question, they just stated that there was nothing that jumps out at them at the time.

Since I have an interview this afternoon, 6/13, this was a great blog. There are always questions that I have after the interview that I don't think about asking while interviewing. I've noted these questions and will use them this afternoon. I'm glad I had an opportunity to read it.

Great job Alison!! These questions helped me a lot in my job interview today and the interviewers were surprised when I asked 4 and 9. I think asking too many questions can be overwhelming, so I only asked those. Thank you!
