In working with Dallas IT recruiters, I have found that we know just what the businesses and companies we work for are after, and we are able to let potential employees know about openings much earlier than other candidates, thus giving them the edge. A regionally or locally based IT recruitment agency will know exactly where the jobs are, which companies have upcoming places and how best to market a candidate to each business. An IT recruitment agency with intimate knowledge of the business and companies they deal with is far more likely to successfully place applicants. They are also far more likely to know about job opportunities.
