It really does depend on where you career is going before the MBA and what you plan to do afterwards. Business school really can be a great learning experience, however. Here are some additional thoughts:

I am a 48 year young woman from Bangladesh doing my MBA. I wanted to do it years back but couldn't due to family obligations. Now my husband is retired and self-employed, our 3 children are in high school. I took time off from work and got enrolled. I'm loving it so much that I feel like I'm back in my twenties! It's never too late to do something you always wanted to do.
