How the Washington Mutual Takeover Will Affect Consumers

As a customer of Washington Mutual for many years, I do not believe that he, or anyone else for that matter, deserves $19.6 million for three weeks work. I doubt that he ever worked one day, much less three weeks. No even the President of the United States gets that much money!!

Greed is the ruination of this nation. We were a great nation at one time, before greed, corruption, nepotism and croneyism took over. What will become of my beloved country? I mourn for all our young (and older) men and women who have died for the freedoms we enjoy and the ideals of this country. Have they died in vain?

Instead of paying this guy, they need to lock him up. His policies are what put WaMu in the trouble it is in.

No money for these guys. Let them experience the pain they have put on consumers.

These people are crooks and are holding MY money and have not given me a reason why they are doing it. That's ok loyal WAMU Employees. These companies are going to screw you all just like they are screwing their customers. No wonder they went under. They are the biggest losers in the country. They deserve their FAILURE! I hope they continue to go down in flames! People, take your money out of WAMU IMMEDIATELY. They will leave you without a cent and with no explanation, and you better forget about sympathy. These people are not human and are heartless. That's ok. I will conitnue to enjoy watching them fail.

I expect that Mr. Fishman is not sleeping well either. He has to figure out where to put all the money he took from WA MU and I have to figure out if there is any hope of getting anything back on the 6000 shares I owned. I'm not sleeping well either.

Did the FDIC screw the investors on this deal they worked out with J.P. Morgan??? Appears like it to me.. But then what do I know?? Not much, apparently..

I owe Washington Mutual a lot of money with a credit card and a mortgage. I feel ethically responsible to pay those investors that lost a bundle in holding Wamu stock...they are the people who should be given the bailout money, not other banks and not other people. Its time investing was brought back to local locations and not be nationwide. Tell me who should be paid my mortgage payment. Mr. Fishman or Mr. Main Street USA who just lost all their savings on bad Wamu stock?

I have a $4,000 balance on my WaMu credit card, who do I pay? Do I even have to pay now?

I have a credit card in good standing with WAMU. The month before the takeover WAMU doubled my interest rate with no review or notification. Will this be corrected through JP Morgan. Who is geeting fired for this bank failure?
