I worked for Circuit City in Daly City, California for approximately 11 years and am 64 years old. I would like to know who to contact to receive retirement and 401 K amount from Circuit City.

You assistance is greatly appreciated.

I worked for circuit city fro about 12 years i was wondering about my pension and my 401 and also i am wondering about my pension will i get it when i turn 65 or can i get it when i am 59. could you please let em know. thanks

How do I get in touch with PBGC? My husband was fully invested in Circuit City and (had he lived) would be 65 in 2012.

I turned 65 in february and was due a pension from Cicuit City - having worked there from 1993 to 1999!!!

I had letters telling me the amount due, etc. BUT we had a house fire and they were destroyed.

Now I have NO pension and no documentaion.

What do I do now?
