is great at 5000 feet elevation. Little rain, moderate temperatures, rare tornados, no hurricanes and snows (if any) that melt off in a day. Over 300 days of sunshine. The climate contributes to being active and getting the mood lift from both the sun and the activity. Not a summer oven like Vegas or Phoenix. Never was as badly overpriced for housing like those places either.
