"There you go again" was a meaningless taunt from Ronald Reagan. If you believe I lack understanding in my posts, why don't you explain things coherently for us? This is about Medicare D and Social Security.

What is your "understanding"? Please, we need to know.

There you go again.... Your total lack of understanding is showing again (it is stunning how it continues in spite of all). Glad you and the dems are so perfect.

Ms. Doran,

What drug has Medicare replaced your Vancosin with? I just tried to find that drug on the Canadian website pharmacychecker.com. Could not find that drug. Is there a different spelling?

If you can find the drug there, you can order with much lower costs.

To Ms. Doran,

This website may prove to be helpful: www.extendhealth.com. Please see the prescription profiler for your zip code. There are still out of pocket costs, but helpful website.

If you think that's bad, try going WITHOUT a raise for 9 years. That's what retired teachers in Texas are dealing with at the present. Looks as if there is no relief in sight. I wonder WHY I'm still paying yearly dues to the folks who say all will be well soon. When is SOON? So, folks, S.S. isn't so bad that it probably will get worse. Hang in there 'til the next election. If the guy/gal is up for re-election, he/she may as well forget my vote. I can't afford to get sick or heaven forbid, need a funeral, with a disabled VET and a handicapped daughter who need care.

Why are the premiums going up when medicare is covering LESS? I have to take a drug called Vancosin in order to survive. Medicare does not and WILL not cover this medicine which I had received in the past.There. is know generic at the present for this prescription and the cost is at least $50 dollars a pill four times a day which by any strech of the imagination is just about too costly for anyone. Tell me what is the answer?

thing the Republicans passed with Bush has no protection from premium increases. Do you suppose that those who elected the lackeys of corporations to pass that monstrosity have figured out yet that they've been had? Nah, probably not.

Seniors ON THE WHOLE do not possess the political wisdom they are given credit for.

Respect our elders? Yes. Respect their falling for Republican lies? No. They are supposed to know better. But AS A GROUP they don't.
