Great article, it brings up some very interesting information. What would be interesting is to see if the fact that seniors are staying at jobs longer and younger people are having less success at finding jobs, if this has any effect on feelings between the two groups. We are already seeing a generational debate take over in healthcare, will we see a generational debate jump into the career realm as where.
