The big issue with the top two on this list is that the life expectancy drops significantly with these conditions. Heart Conditions & cancer will lead to a life expectancy under 72 for a 60 yr old male or female.

Diabetes on the other hand has a much longer life expectancy and Medicare is not covering most meds for it.
