Trillion Dollar Potential Wind Turbine venture

In nead of 20 million to move along. We have power company's willing to buy all the power we can generate. The Government is willing to credit over one hundred per cent of factory and installed wind farm costs and then some from credits available. The technology has patents pending by one of the nations top wind engineers that has been reviewed by international wind experts stating the technology is solid. Can this technology be facilitated with your contacts or your self? There is a very liberal sharing of the rewards available.
