E-Cigarette Ban On Its Way?

May 4, 2009 RSS Feed Print

An update on my post from a couple weeks ago: Jacob Sullum of Reason reports that the FDA will announce tomorrow a ban on "electronic cigarettes," nicotine delivery devices that resemble cigarettes. One importer of e-cigarettes has filed suit against the FDA, claiming the agency is blocking its products.

I'll post more about this tomorrow when the FDA releases an official statement.

my biggest concern with e Cigs are the batteries.what if the batteries leaked, would you be getting battery acid in your mouth, and would the acid turn into a vapor causing damage to your mouth lungs and body?

E-cigs are very common nowadays, It takes away almost half of the harmful chemicals in a conventional cigarette. Quitting smoking is really hard and this would make a good substitute for a cig. I've seen lots of e-cigs on the net and I found the about http://electroniccigaretteinformation.org, it's rather informative and it answered common misconceptions about e-cigarettes.
