As a wind developer in Texas, I am witnessing a industry boom. I disagree that the US Government is the only boom industry left. Take a drive down to the Texas Panhandle and park on the side of the highway. Your jaw will drop as you see the number of "oversize load" 18 wheelers carrying wind turbine blades and components.

Alternative energy development is what will pull us out of this recession. Federal loan guarantees and their details were just put into place recently. The wind construction boom will noticeably intensify from the public's view later this year.

From my view behind the scenes - all I can say is that it's coming!
