Your underlying (but unspoken) premise is that government knows better than each of us what is best (for each of us). This is the fundamental battle that has been fought in this country since the 1930's. This year, the two candidates were both "nanny state" government knows best believers. The only differences (minor) were in specifics.

Stupid is as stupid duz. And that's all I've got to say about tha-at.

What college was that again that these clowns went to that taught buy high, sell low?

Old people--do not listen. Do not sell your assets while their value is at all time lows--especially after you bought them at all time highs.

The very people urging you to do so just want to gobble them up at bargain prices.

Your loss will be their gain.

If you are happy to re-distribute your savings to whom ever an Obama goverment would deam worthy, vote for Obama. If you are completely happy with goverment run health care, see the VA, then vote for Obama. If you want to pay all your capital gains in taxes to support the Obama idea of social "fairness", then vote for Obama.

I believe you should keep what you work for, that the fruits of your labor should not be taken away and given to someone else out of "fairness". I will not vote for Obama.

This is hard to imagine that it has come down to this. Still undecided. With tomorrow, Nov.4 election on it's way. I still can't get my husband to vote. I think he should be President at least I can trust his opinion. In my opinion all of congress should be re-elected and the rights of all americans be established by the constitution. Instead of listening to what they have to give, they should listen to what we have to give. Actually they have nothing to give. Just like all the presidents, since I became an adult ,it don't even matter who. They all try to make changes for the best. But guess who wins, Congress. The President is just their speaker. I wonder if they even think about the average person. If only the President would speak for the average person. Oh, wait they don't know the average person. Now ,I get it. We vote for the one who will speak for the average person, not for congress. I just don't know who to vote for or if I should vote. Maybe I should be undecided forever.

Paragraph 4 of this article has a contradiction. Relaxing the 70 1/2 rule would allow for "not having to redeem funds.

I have voted, too. Oregon has vote by mail, but I personally dropped my ballot in the box at the courthouse. I just like the feeling of seeing it deposited (saved the postage, too).

Dear undecided Voter,

Please vote.

In the final analysis this election has been fought on following emotional presumptions by the both campaigns.

1. Presidential Temperament.

2. Sound presidential Judgment.

3. Meaningful plans, policies, and positions'

4. Understanding and knowledge of workings in & around Washington.

5. Vigor, wisdom and vision" for the future of our beloved Great-grand Nation.

6. American Values, Virtues, Vastness, and Strong soul.

7. Fear & hope & future & past.

9. Culture unite and Culture Divide.

10.Tactics of tearing people down & showing past scars and Inspiring people up and fearing people away.

11. Restoring Global standing and threatening global dominance.

12. Building nation up all around and Scaring people away from the tickets.

As a Independent registered voter I have decided to vote for the Obama-Biden ticket. I am sure they will protect our national security, strengths, stamina and soul as well as rebuild our nation from the bottom up in all areas of need. The OBAMA-BIDEN ticket will restore our global standing with the use of maximum, firm international diplomacy and minimal force if and when necessary.

Yours sincerely,
