most of research and articles on the concept of ageism , restrict ageism as discrimination of older people as per their chronological age.mean while much of what i would rather call ageism exists in our society.for example in most african's constitutions doesnot allow a person to contest for presidential posts if s/he is aged below 40. thus discrimination of youths on the grounds of age.there fore a focus now should be taken to to change the trend
