One community that you did not include on your list is Raleigh, North Carolina - which has been recognized by such magazines as Money, Fortune and U. S. News as being among the best places in which to live and for business. Raleigh has a great Lifelong Learning facility on the Campus of North Carolina State University - the Encore program, which has over 1,000 members that are over 50 years old actively engaged in a variety of educational programs and other learning opportunities. Consider it for next year's list! Thank you for an interesting article.
