I am a retired teacher with a Wells Fargo brokerage acct and other CD's and an annuity. Four yrs ago I invested in two Wells Select accts.I was told that these funds are very well managed and I would do well with them. One is the American Funds Target date ret. funds acct.It is an IRA. These funds are doing horrendously! Now I have rec'd notice that the Wells Select charges are going up. These funds are about half in equities .Im thinking of transfering them to a Vanguard ret. fund acct. I see that the Vanguard retirement accts are comprised more of bond funds.I know what I must do but would like some imput from someone knows what they are doing!
