I am a builder in Lexington, Kentucky and interested in building a community in Central Kentucky which caters to people of all ages allowing them to live in a home that accommodates their needs as they change over time... "Universal Homes Of Kentucky"... A community that would provide accessibility, comfort and affordability for people at as many different stages of life as possible.

Some of the key features include Zero step entry, 36" Wide Doorways throughout the home, Zero step shower and ENERGY STAR Certified (increased comfort and lower utility bills), and Green Build emphasis.

If you are interested in this type of community, please visit our website at

http:\\universalhomesofkentucky.com.

Enter your contact information and we will contact you to further discuss how we can achieve this type of community.

Thank you for your interest!

Your article mentioned a network for all villages to enroll. This network, is it accessible to all? I would like to investigate several states that have in place villages or even find some that are currently forming one. They sound like the answer to a better life for seniors and those seniors in need especially. Thanks for any input on this.
