President Bush and Congress allocated $15,000,000,000 for the treatment of AIDS patients in Africa. Bill Gates has sent billions of dollars for the same thing to Africa and India. Neither have given much for research or treatment of their fellow Americans for Alzheimers disease or the care of elderly in nursing homes. What happened to helping your fellow countrymen before strangers in a foreign country?
