Albuquerque at the top?! I barely can afford to drive into town to work. Haven't seen a raise in over two years, in fact they CUT my pay. Petty crime is rampant here, especially shoplifting. 35 years of experience in my field and I'm paid like a high school student on a summer job. If this is a recovery, we're all in deep trouble.
