I signed up for the AARP Part D plan. Then, I got my coupon book for monthly payments. I decided to take them up on their offer to do automatic withdrawals for my premium payments. I called the customer support line, and ended up spending 2 hours and 46 minutes on hold. I finally called the sales line and got someone within 4 minutes. They refused to provide any compensation for the totally unreasonable hold time. I finally ended up calling AARP and filing a complaint. I would NOT recommend this plan under any circumstances!!!

please list ten worst! the performance my friend and i had with humana is like a pure nightmare!!!! the run around to get meds and hospital and outpatient procedures paid for is redicules!!!
