please list ten worst! the performance my friend and i had with humana is like a pure nightmare!!!! the run around to get meds and hospital and outpatient procedures paid for is redicules!!!

Medicare is the most confusing form of insurance know to man. Yes, there are five star plans, but note they are not available in all counties, and plans with the same name may not have received 5 stars in every state and county where the plan is available.
