When Your Boss is Younger than Your Child

I find as an older workermym younger collegues (younger than my youngest son 34) show respect if you show them respect. I learn from them and they learn from me.

I think some older workers are surprised by how much they actually LIKE working with and for younger colleagues. Folks from younger generations -- the milennials, in particular -- are great at collaboration and sharing their skills. They don't hold things as close to the vest as previous generations and I think the workplace is better for it. http://www.careersearchamerica.com
