SSA's DEBRA BICE, Chief ALJ, ODAR needs to find her moral compass and RE-OPEN my case & Correct the CLEAR & UNMISTAKABLE "ERRORS." ALJ DON HOLLOWAY failed to follow established law & on remand refused to comply with US Dist Ct., S.IA "Judge" Ron Longstaff's directive to REMOVE the mechanical grid. Holloway attempted instead to REINFORCE it with a fraudulent technique that was EXPOSED on A CURRENT AFFAIR, June 18, 1993 in A SOLDIER'S STORY.
