They talked about the benefits of the Mediterranean diet, healthy behaviors linked to longevity and the possible health effects of living alone.

Nancy L. Keating is an associate professor of medicine and of health care policy at Harvard Medical School and an associate physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Anna Medaris Miller is a Washington, D.C., health writer and associate editor of Monitor on Psychology magazine, and Jay Olshansky is a professor of public health at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
