Ex-NBA Player Vin Baker’s Home Is Foreclosed

I dated Vin for about 6 months in 2007, he is a severely troubled man. Not a bad person, just someone with a lot of emotional issues. He wanted his life to turn around so much, but it was just too late. He is a very giving person, the type of guy to tip strangers hundred dollar bills wherever he went. Even in the midst of all his troubles, I had no idea how much trouble he was in financially. He never shared because he probably thought I would leave him, which I eventually did becuse of his excess baggage and family problems, his angry outburts scared me but damn, poor vin)-: I hope he is gonna be okay. I had a lot of love for that man. Dee down he is a sensitive loving person, God Bess him.

Unlike Vin's cousin, I know him and have hungout with him and he is a genuine and loving guy. I really feel for this guy unlike so many that come into loads of money. I bet if Vin could get back a quarter of what he has given out to family and friends as well as passers-in-the-night acquaintances, he would be just fine now. The story goes "More Money, More Problems". Be careful what you ask for, you think about your money situation just as I do, how hard is it to manage, Vin's situation is just magnified to the upteenth power. No, I would not expect Vin to ride around in a honda accord like myself. What we fail to say is, he is supposed to like accordingly. Why make money and not enjoy it. Also people I want all to think about it this way. These super athletes carrers are shorter than many of ours and for that reason, theses guys have to make the money stretch until they are in their 70's, 80's, wives and kids included. Keeping that in mind an average player last between 5 - 8 years; some are more fortunate than that, but not many.

I agree with scott..They are human beings like the rest of us and are completely misunderstood..They are put under a microscope and theyre every move is being reported. I would like to see how the average joe handles that..so what they have a bigger pay check than we do! What they should be blamed for being offered millions of dollars to do something they love?? as if the rest of us wouldnt take it! Its easy to say what you would do with all that money and fame when your not the one dealing with it on a day to day basis..You wonder why the poor man is under so much stress, all people do it criticize! What about encouraging him and respecting the fact the hes a phenominal human being and would give the shirt off his back for anyone! Misery loves company and all the people talking bad are clearly not happy with their own lives and feel the need to criticize others..Its pathetic!

Pro athletes are just people. They pay more than fifty percent in tax, and they are subject to financial losses just like everyone else. I know vin and hes a good dude. Get a life and quit hating on people that have had more success than you!!!! Get over it.
