Trying to get going with this plan as a borrower with a predatory loan is a bit difficult. The lender that I have the loan through is not FHA approved. I downloaded the list of participating H4H interested lenders to take on this challenge but received no response back yet from the lenders. I did consult with my first loan provider on the bill and how to get this new law working for us.
