This guy is probably the biggest loser who should keep his mouth shut when it comes to this bill. He said in a July 2008 interview that all is well with the crisis we are now having. Admit your wrong and face up to your mistake. Id be more forgiven of you. Until then shut the hell up!

UNFORTUNATELY, the list of those in Congress who enjoyed Fannie's and Freddie's beneficence includes Democrats and Republicans, and is deep and wide, although, Dems received almost three times the amount received by Reps.

TOP RECEIVERS of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Campaign Contributions:

Dodd, Christopher - Dem. $165,400

Obama, Barack - Dem $126,349

Kerry, John - Dem $111,000

Why is this not making anyone's news?

The perception has been set. The world awaits a promised bailout. Are American taxpayers more knowledgeable than the White House, McCain and Obama?

Or are they suddenly just less susceptible to bad PR?

It sure looks like it.

This was the same guy that said nothing was wrong in 2005?

WHERE DOES BARNEY THE CLOWN GET OFF.HE ACTS LIKE THIS MONEY BELONGS TO HIM AND THE LOBBYISTS PUSHING FOR THIS BAILOUT, COMPLAINING ITS TAKING TOO LONG FOR THEIR WITHDRAWAL. IT IS AMAZING THAT HE IS EVEN IN OFFICE CONSIDERING HIS CHECKERED PAST. HOW ABOUT SOME ACCOUNTABILITY HERE, PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTRIBUTIONS CERTAINLY ARE INFLUENCING HIS JUDGEMENTS. OH YEAH, BY THE WAY BARNEY, STICK TO POLITICS, YOUR CAUSTIC HUMOR AINT REALLY THAT FUNNY.

MR FRANK,

WHAT PART OF, "NO WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS," DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND. YOU JUST DON'T GET IT, IT IS NOT YOUR MONEY TO GIVE, NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE LOBBYISTS INSIST IT IS. THE VOTERS WILL NOT FORGET YOU. WHEN THIS IS OVER WE'LL SEE WHOSE FEELINGS GET HURT.

Get rid of Barney Frank! He was not doing his job or we would not be in this mess.

I am so tired of hearing rich and poor. It is the middle class who pays for everything! My children and grandchildren will pay for this bailout!!!

You are blaming the consumers and that is flat out wrong. This happened because the Bush Aminstration allowed regulators to turn the other way and not enforce the regulations as they currently exist. The Bush Adminstration did this just so that they say that home ownership went up under their watch. Also there were predatory lenders taking advantage of people. Now the republicans want to bail out the irresposible lending institutions instead of helping the people who were screwed over by the banks. McCain is supporting this because Fanny Mae made a huge donation to his campagain, even after it was failing.

Frank is a MAJOR reason we are in this mess!

Listen to his own words:

So simple, bailout vote was very non-pratisan all Barney had to do is look at the numbers.

forty percent of is owen party voted agianest the bill, how could he blame the Rep. party. Perhaps he should go back to school and take basic math.
