My bank received sveeral million in TARP Funds. When a couple of my businesses lost all revenue I was told my credit lines totaling several hundred thousand dollars were considered paid????? I signed no papers and don't know if there are future consequences. Should I be worried?

I wonder if TARP fund should help homeowners who are on the verge of foreclosure. WF service the note on our loan which is around $150,000 more than what the current market value of the property. I wonder if we should just give up the house altogether with the balance of the total note on the house.??? Any advice is much appreciated.
