Push prices even further down, so noone can sell, find, or refi.

The second and third ones ARE STILL way over-priced for what you're getting. Peter Schiff was right. We need to let 'em fall another 30% or so---especially in California.
By the way, the second one claims to be $100,000 under "appraisal". What appraisal by whom?
