Why is it that NOW there are other tax credits available to homebuyers/homeowners that DO NOT have to be PAID BACK?! What about the people that received the very 1st one of the $7,500 that have to pay it back?! Why can't this be amended so that we don't have to pay ours back!? This isn't fair!
