A great loan modification company will stay in constant contact with you and your lender, they will give you a 100% money back guarantee and they will have a legal staff to do this every step of the way for you.

You are prequalified in the initial consultation and you will know if you’re going to move forward in that call as well. It does not make sense for a company to take your money for a loan modification if you cannot show enough money to pay for your home after it has been modified. Be careful when shopping and allowing someone to lead you to believe they will lower your payments, reduce your principle balance and cut your financial situation in half. This is someone preying on you. A loan modification is calculated to be realistic.

Your financials are taken into consideration as well as your hardship. If you cannot pay your mortgage even after a modification then you’re not a good candidate and you should not attempt to get one done with any company, save your money. A good modification company should be able to give you some examples of current modifications they have recently done so you can get an idea as to what the banks are negotiating down too. You must be realistic to your situation, this is important. You never want to make a check payable to anyone other than a lawyer either and only sign an attorney client contract.

This is a family that most likely received their loan modification from someone like “their lender” who did not properly prepare the families financials. This is also why many lender modifications go back into default quickly and they are usually a temporary fix. Your loan needs a permanent solution. They most likely were not a good candidate for the modification to begin with.

Our nation is filled with responsible borrowers that just need some relief right now as they are experiencing loss of income. This is a nationwide epidemic and getting worse.

Most of you that are trying to work with your banks to get a modification are not having the luck that these people had and they still defaulted, but they got the cash didn’t they? Makes no sense at all when the responsible borrowers are not getting any relief from their banks.

When people get tired of the run around from their banks they should really seek out a consultant that can give them some hope and some real answers. My team and I talk to over 600 distressed borrowers each week and help many of them. The process is simple really. The financials and the hardship are taken into heavy consideration as to what will help them and what they can afford, not what the bank wants to see. Banks are not participating like they should be and that is ok really. You can get a modification for less than a refinance and the fees are not piled onto your principle balance. Most people are not as lucky as the people in this article and I do not feel bad that they lost their home. It was bound to happen. The last comment was correct about them not having the financial blueprint to hold on, that was great.

You need legal representation if you want a great loan modification that is going to keep you in your home. The banks are negotiating, just not with the borrowers directly.

This is a classic symptom as you would see a lottery winner lose a million bucks in a year. If you do not have the financial blueprint to have this kind of money then you most likely will lose it. There are millions of people who read about the money blueprint in an effort to be able to achieve good fortunes but also learn how to keep them. These people obviously did not know how to handle getting a home for free, what makes anyone think they would keep it?

Classic really, a no brainer!

How come there is never an attorney available to speak to when the phone number is dialed or for that matter a live person?

A really good way to keep your family in your home when faced with foreclousre troubles is the way I kept my family in our home. I heard about a company in Rancho Cucamonga California U.S.A.called 21st Century Legal Services. when I called 21st Century Legal Services my bank had just started foreclosure. But thankfully 21st Century Legal Services pulled me and my family out of foreclsure and kept us in our home by mortgage loan modification. 21st Century Legal Services even helped me write my hardship letter. If you are in need of a home loan modifcation anf are being faced by foreclosure call 21st Century Legal Service like I did I am sure they can help you like they helped me.

Just waiting for the conservative/Republican spin squad to blame President Barack Obama for this.

Any minute now, any minute now.
