People have quit paying their mortgage payments to create this cushion. Trying to save money, for most, has come to this and it is sad. People are giving up on keeping their homes as they cannot afford housing as their mortgage payments are elevating or due to the loss of income, they just cannot hang on anymore. It is not “two” paychecks away from a hardship folks, the hardship is here for most already!

People need to know that if their banks have told them NO on a loan modification that there are other options for them. They need to hire a lawyer to prepare your case and present a perfect package to your lender so that you can get your mortgage to an affordable solution that will last.

We talk to people all day long that are having these problems with their lenders and are losing hope of being able to stay in their homes.

What you need to realize is that you could possibly stay in your home for about what you would pay to live in a local apartment. Don’t lose your home. Hire a lawyer to get this critical solution that is available to you.

People are getting smart and proactive when it comes to their increasing mortgage payments. Even the people that are not behind are calling us every day to help them to get out of their loans that have not even adjusted yet.

Many people do not even know they are in trouble yet, this article talks about a three month reserve however the fact remains that their loans are unstable and they need to do something about it now. People are still trying to contact their banks for a loan modification and hanging on to the hope that their bank is going to help them.

If your bank has told you things like this:

 Your hardship is not severe enough

 You still have equity

 You make too much money

 You’re not delinquent yet or enough

Do not give up there! You can hire a lawyer to get this modification done on your existing loan. It is an art and the package needs to be submitted perfectly to achieve success with this. If you want to participate in the loan modification process and have been told NO buy your lender it is time to reevaluate your situation and talk to a consultant regarding your personal situation. We are here to help you. 866-274-3222

A really good way to keep your family in your home when faced with foreclousre troubles is the way I kept my family in our home. I heard about a company in Rancho Cucamonga California U.S.A.called 21st Century Legal Services. when I called 21st Century Legal Services my bank had just started foreclosure. But thankfully 21st Century Legal Services pulled me and my family out of foreclsure and kept us in our home by mortgage loan modification. 21st Century Legal Services even helped me write my hardship letter. If you are in need of a home loan modifcation anf are being faced by foreclosure call 21st Century Legal Service like I did I am sure they can help you like they helped me.

It will take more than the normal six to nine months of reserves to protect yourself in today's time. The reason for this is that the government has given away so much money to the Banks, AIG, and the auto companies. They have also increased the money supply. These things are causing a high rate of inflation meaning you need more money to just pay for the basics of food , shelter, fuel, electric, gas, and water.

Interesting...maybe three months to pay your ever increasing property taxes.

Funny that no one dares talk about the 800 pound Gorilla in the room, which is immigration. The fact that 90% of the recent 3rd world immigrants take more from our society than they contribute in the tune of $380 billion dollars per year.

Let's not even mention that there are 5 million US citizens out of work, yet we have 12 million illegals in our country ... actually, it is closer to 22 million. But these people, we are told, pick our fruit and work in agriculture. Since only 3% are picking fruit and working in agriculture, and 50% are on welfare, what are the other 47% doing? They are taking our jobs, or are dealing drugs.

As I have said for several years now: "We will never compete with the 3rd world until we become 3rd world", and "One cannot have a One World Government with these pesky sovereign nations standing in the way; therefore, we MUST and WILL fall"

"Unbridled consumerism" is one of those phrases that are thrown around by people who are jealous of others with more disposable income.

If you think that we should be "bridled" by our government from spending our own money, then please more to Cuba where there's lots of "bridles" by their oppressive government to reign them in...

Drop the communistsic terms that are parroted out by college professors and get with the program of liberty.

Maybe it was unbridled consumerism. It would be easier to tell if it weren't for the stagnate or falling wages of the last 3 decades, sending millions of jobs overseas, corrupt corporations and government causing financial crisis every decade (Savings & Loan anyone?) and the outright greed and crime of big business along with much higher than reported inflation.

But then we've always been a nation of blame the victim haven't we? So let's just ignore those pesky facts, shall we?

"We have met the enemy...

and He is Us"...to quote a famous Walt Kelly line from his comic strip 'Pogo'.

We did ourselves in with the unbridled consumerism, greed, and debt. It became "the norm" instead of the abnormal and foolish and now the collective bill for the mass collective insanity has come due. Now instead of admitting

the errors of our ways and doing penance, we're looking for the printing presses of government to forestall financial judgment day (10+ trillion dollars and exploding in national debt)...and forestalling that mandatory reckoning for a more difficult time ahead. This is all that is being done.

Short term immediate gratification has it's price along with balloon interest payments. The massive insanity of society, and the people elected from that quite mad society where "wants" have now become entitlements, is due for a reality check and a hard landing due to the mass hypnosis and failure to acknowledge economic reality.

You are wrong. You blame the raped, not the rapist. The consumers didn't create the problem, those who used and manipulated them did.

There is no such thing as "economic reality". ALL of this is based upon illusionism and the manipulations of the puppeteers, nothing more.
