my daughter and her disabled husband had a baby. one week old today. anyway they rent a one bedroom apartment in disabled housing here in knoxville, tn 37917. (morningside garden apartments) they were told it was a fire hazard to have a one week old newborn baby in a one bedroom apartment in disabled hud housing, also they were given 2 months to find another place to live, is this legal and if not, how long can they stay in that apartment with their newborn baby girl.
