why is that if u take the tax credit your rate jump from 4.7 to 6.0 and max at 6.7

whatever they're smoking must be good stuff. there's still another 30 to 50% drop heading our way unless this mess gets fixed. The real estate industry has some terrific marketing to drum up business.

In my neighborhood there are over 100 foreclosures listed, not including the ones that aren't and are being held for a later date. The homes just sit and sit and sit until an out of town fool from the west or east coast moves in and the RE agent convinces them what a bargain it is. Just wait until they get transferred or lose their new job and try to sell for what they paid.
