This is interesting. Where I thought that cities in the western world would be more expensive, it's actually the other way around.

My question now is: how long will it be the case?

I saw an article on linkexpats saying that people in Dubai are leaving town at tremendous levels. Interesting also to see that dubai is not even in the top 10...
