My incompetent bank Indy Mac is still unable to refinance my mortgage because they are not ready to due to the new guidelines under the Obama plan! Can you believe it ? They told me to call back in June if I do not hear from their lending department sooner. So lets see by the time they get their act together rates will be back up and it will not be worth it for me to refinance...
