Small home improvements is what is going on. If you are like us in the window industry for home improvement, we have had to make some adjustments to gain businesses, like offering great starter package or diy solutions, providing products.. Just a couple of years ago you could spend $40,000 in the kitchen and have your realtor tell you it would put $50,000 on your price. Flip that house!

Now, if you live in a subdivision, you'd better get the appraisal FIRST. Your home value is based on the comps around you---including foreclosures---not your kitchen.
